Pantone matching as standard
Inks blended on-site against your Pantone reference. Verified with a spectrophotometer at press start and during the run. Camera monitoring across the press width catches drift before it ships.

All food-contact inks are water-based and EuPIA-listed. Declarations of compliance with EC 1935/2004 issued with every food-contact order.

Printed and converted in-house
We print, coat, sheet and die-cut greaseproof on our own lines in Grantham. GSM, dimensions and fold pattern specced to your job, not bottlenecked through a third-party printer.

Sheets, rolls or die-cut
Pre-cut sheets, slit rolls on 51 or 76 mm cores, or die-cut shapes for premium presentation. Mix formats on one order.

Free warehousing of finished stock
Stock you commit to is held in segregated on-site storage in Grantham. Call it off in full pallets, half-pallets or part loads, monthly or on demand. No 3PL bill.

How a printed-greaseproof job runs
- Step 01
Brief
Send us sheet size or roll width, volume, colour count and a pantone reference (or vector logo). If you have an existing supplier spec, send that and we will review.
- Step 02
Proof
Electronic colour proof issued for sign-off. Pantone matching confirmed with the spectrophotometer before plate making.
- Step 03
Print
Inks blended on-site. Camera monitoring across the press width during the run. In-line GSM and dimensional checks on the converting lines.
- Step 04
Dispatch
Stock held in segregated storage, called off to your address or your customer addresses. Mixed loads if you need to combine formats on one delivery.
Frequently asked questions
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Yes. We blend inks on-site against your Pantone reference and verify with a spectrophotometer. Some Pantones (most metallics and neons) cannot be reproduced food-safe — we will flag that during quoting and suggest the closest compliant match.
How many colours can you print?
Up to 6 spot colours flexographically.
Is the print food-safe?
All food-contact inks are water-based and EuPIA-listed. We issue declarations of compliance with EC 1935/2004 with every food-contact order.
How long does a new design take to produce?
From 3 weeks (plate making, colour matching, proof, sign-off, run). Depending on quantities some orders may take longer. Stock dispatches from our segregated free warehousing.
