Specification-led manufacturing
For each trade project we work through the same checklist with you: paper grade, sheet size or reel width, coating requirement, print requirement, food-contact suitability where relevant, bag format or die-cut shape, packing and labelling, order quantity, and warehousing and call-off needs.
Send the spec or the brief and any commercial constraints up front (price band, exclusivity, certifications). We come back with pricing, lead time and a route within one business day. Lead times run from 3 weeks across the conversion processes.
Trade supply FAQs
Can GMLUK supply products under our own brand?
Yes. GMLUK supports trade and white-label supply for converted paper products. Plain outer cartons, your delivery paperwork, no GMLUK references on the product or accompanying documentation. NDAs available at the start of a conversation.
Can you manufacture products for our customers?
Yes. We can manufacture to your customer's specification while you manage the customer relationship. We do not approach your end customers directly.
Can you custom print paper for trade customers?
Yes. Greaseproof paper, food wraps, tray liners, tissue paper, gift wrap, kraft bags and selected coated papers can all be custom printed with up to 6 colours, pantone matched.
Can you hold stock for call-off?
Yes, for products we manufacture. Stock is held in segregated on-site storage at no extra cost and called off in full pallets, half-pallets or part loads.
What is a typical lead time?
From 3 weeks across printing, coating, sheeting, slitting, bag making and die cutting. Repeat orders run faster. We confirm a specific lead time when we quote your specification.
