No bleed-through on lightweight tissue
Bleed-through is an ink-viscosity-vs-substrate-weight problem. Our flexo team adjusts viscosity per substrate so 17 gsm tissue prints cleanly without ghosting on the back.
Acid-free by default for retail
Non-acid-free tissue yellows wrapped product over time. We default to acid-free pH 7+ tissue on retail orders so your packaging does not age the product.
One batch, not many
Small printers break a 50,000+ sheet order into multiple batches and patch the colour drift. As a manufacturer we run one batch on one press setup. Same shade, every sheet.

What is the minimum order for branded tissue paper?
The minimum is based on total paper weight, not a fixed number of sheets, so it varies with your sheet size. Send your sheet size, print and quantity and we will confirm the practical minimum and a price.
What sizes of tissue paper do you produce?
Standard retail formats are 380×500mm, 500×750mm and 750×1000mm in 17-22 gsm. Custom dimensions are cut on our high-speed sheeting line and programmable guillotine. Roll-form tissue is also available, slit to 50mm-1,300mm widths on 51 or 76mm cores.
How many colours can you print on tissue paper?
Up to 6 colours flexographic, pantone-matched. Our presses are equipped with camera monitoring for consistent colour across the run, and we blend inks on-site against your colour references using a spectrophotometer. Full bleed and large solid areas are achievable with dispersion-coated tissue.
Is your tissue paper FSC certified?
Yes. We supply FSC Mix as standard for branded tissue paper, with FSC 100% available on request. The FSC logo can be printed alongside your brand artwork. FSC certification is increasingly required by major retailers and demanded by sustainability-conscious end customers.
Can branded tissue paper be acid-free?
Yes. Acid-free tissue is the standard for fashion, archival and luxury cosmetics applications. We supply acid-free 17 gsm white tissue as our default for retail use. This prevents discolouration of the wrapped product over time.
How much does custom printed tissue paper cost?
It is quoted per order rather than sold at a fixed sheet price. Cost depends on sheet size, print colours and coverage, and quantity, plus a one-off origination charge for the plate. The per-sheet rate falls as volume rises. Send your spec for a quote.
Can you print on tissue paper with a regular printer?
Not reliably. Tissue is thin and porous, so office printers jam and bleed. Branded tissue is printed on commercial presses built for lightweight paper, holding colour and registration across thousands of sheets. For an on-brand, repeatable result, commercial printing is the route.
