What minimum order quantities do you offer?
Standard products start at 1 pallet (typically 500–1,000 kg depending on grade). Custom prints and coatings have higher minimums — contact us with your spec and we will confirm.
How long are typical lead times?
Stock items ship within 3–5 working days. Custom-printed and coated lines run on a 2–4 week lead time depending on volume and finish. Express options are available for urgent orders.
Can you produce food-contact compliant paper?
Yes. We hold BRCGS certification and produce paper to UK and EU food-contact regulations. Greaseproof, glassine, and waxed papers are routinely supplied to bakeries, butchers, and food processors.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — we send sample packs free of charge for evaluation. Request samples via the form on our samples page or email sales@gmluk.com.
Are your papers recyclable and biodegradable?
All uncoated papers are recyclable in standard paper streams. Wax-coated and PE-coated papers have specific disposal routes — see our sustainability hub for guidance, or ask us for the right grade for your end-of-life requirement.
Can you custom-print our branding?
Yes — flexographic printing up to 6 colours is available across most of our paper grades. Send us your artwork (PDF or AI) and we will quote based on print width, colours, and run length.
