What sizes of paper bags do you make?
We produce flat and gusseted paper bags in various face widths up to. Standard sizes cover most counter-service applications: small (suitable for sweets and pastries), medium (sandwiches and individual portions) and large (loaves and bundled product). Custom heights and gusset depths are available.
Are your paper bags food safe?
Yes. Our food-grade paper bags use FSC-certified base paper compliant with EC 1935/2004 (food-contact framework regulation, UK retained). Optional waxing or greaseproof lining for moisture and grease resistance. EuPIA-compliant inks for printed bags.
Can you print custom paper bags?
Yes — up to 6-colour flexographic printing, pantone-matched. Camera-monitored presses ensure consistent colour across runs.
What is the minimum order for paper bags?
10,000 bags is our standard MOQ for printed paper bags — set by bag-making line economics. Below that volume, we recommend a small-batch printed packaging supplier or stocking an unprinted base bag with a printed paper liner. Talk to us if you need short-run for testing.
How long do printed paper bags take to produce?
First-time custom designs typically run from 3-6 weeks, depending on quantities ordered, from artwork sign-off through proofing, plate making, printing and bag formation. Repeat orders run from 3 weeks.
