GMLUK manufactures custom printed, custom sized, custom coated and converted paper products for trade customers, packaging resellers, food packaging distributors, brands, OEMs and industrial buyers.
Our solutions are built around real-world paper requirements: the product being wrapped, the brand being presented, the production process being supported, the material being protected, or the stock line being supplied through a trade customer. Instead of offering only standard catalogue products, we manufacture paper to suit the application, specification and supply route.
From our UK facility we run flexographic printing, coating, sheeting, slitting, bag making, die cutting and warehousing for products we manufacture. That means we can supply finished paper products in the right material, size, print, coating and format, with lead times from 3 weeks.

Custom printed paper packaging
Custom print is central to many of our solutions. It turns practical paper into a branded product, whether that is greaseproof food wrap, kraft paper bags, retail tissue, gift wrap, tray liners, sandwich paper, burger wrap or specialist coated paper.
Depending on the material and specification, we support logo print, repeat pattern print, one-colour or multi-colour print, brand-led artwork and customer-specific designs. Up to 6-colour flexographic with pantone matching against your brand reference.

Custom coated and converted paper
Many applications need more than print. They need paper that behaves in a particular way.
GMLUK can manufacture and convert paper with functional requirements such as grease resistance, moisture resistance, release performance, corrosion protection, interleaving, surface protection or presentation quality. We can then sheet, slit, die cut, bag, pack and warehouse the finished product where required.
